PART VI - OFFENCES RELATING TO DECENCY
| (1) Anyone who commits illegal cohabitation is guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both. (2) Nothing is an offence under subsection (1) for a man and a woman to live or stay together if allowed by Hukum Syara' under special or pressing circumstances. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
