PART III - JURISDICTION OF SYARIAH COURT
Section 12. Power of revision.
The Syariah Court of Appeal for the purpose of determing the correctness, legality or propriety of any finding, sentence or order recorded or passed by any Court of Kadi or Court of Kadi Besar for the purpose of satisfying the Syariah Court of Appeal as to the correctness, legality or propriety of ay finding, sentence or order recorded or passed, and as to the regularity of any proceedings of such Court. After examining such record the Syariah Court of Appeal may exercise any of the powers conferred to it by subsection (4) of section 11.
