Section 157. Permission for parties to appear.
No party has any right to be heard, either personally or by advocate, before the Mahkamah Rayuan or Kadi Besar when exercising its power of revision:
Provided that the Mahkamah Rayuan or Kadi Besar may, if it thinks fit, when exercising such powers hear any person either personally or by advocate, and that nothing in this section shall be deemed to affect sub-section (2) of the last preceding section.
