PART II - OFFENCES
Section 7. Pondan.
(1) Any male person who poses (tasyubbah) as a woman in any public place shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
(2) Any female person who poses (tasyabbah) as a man in any public place shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
