PART IV - GENERAL PROCEDURE


Section 21. Representation by agent.

In any civil or criminal proceeding the parties may be represented by Peguam Syarie or an advocate and solicitor or person permitted by the Court:

Provided that the accused person in any criminal proceeding shall appear in person in the Court.
