Section 211. Security for costs.

A plaintiff who is staying out of Sabah may, by the discretion of the Court, be ordered to give security for costs and in default of such security the action may be dismissed. The section applies also to a counter claimant. Where security for costs is so ordered, it may be given to the party or to the Court at the option of the person furnishing the same.
