Section 27. Minutes.
(1) The Secretary shall keep minutes of all meetings of the Majlis and at every meeting the minutes of the previous meeting shall be read and confirmed, subject to any amendment which may be required.
(2) Such minutes shall be entered in a minute book of the Majlis and shall include a full verbatim record of every resolution of the Majlis.
(3) As soon as possible after every meeting of the Majlis a copy of the draft minutes shall be sent to His Royal Highness the Sultan. If on confirmation such draft minutes are amended, His Royal Highness the Sultan shall forthwith be informed of the amendments made:
Provided that no decision in any of the minutes of the meetings of the Majlis shall be acted upon until His Royal Highness has signified his assent.
