CHAPTER 3 - OF PROCESSES TO COMPEL APPEARANCE Warrant of Arrest
Section 34. Warrants: to whom directed.
(1) A warrant of arrest shall ordinarly be directed to the Chief Syariah Enforcement Officer and all other Syariah Enforcement Officers, and any such officer may execute such warrant in any part of the State of Terengganu.
(2) The Court issuing a warrant may direct it to the Inspector General of Police and all other police officers in the State of Terengganu Darul lman or any person by name, not being a Syariah Enforcement Officer or police officer, and all or anyone or more of such persons may execute the warrant.
