Section 98. Custody of registers and records.
(1) Every Registrar shall keep safely each register committed to his charge and, if he ceases to hold office as Registrar, shall hand over the same with all records kept by him to the President.
(2) On the death of a Registrar, all registers and records kept by him shall as soon as possible be taken over by the President.
(3) A Registrar shall without delay deliver to the President for safe custody every register which has been completely filled.
