PART IX - PENALTIES
Section 134. III-treatment of wife or husband.
Any person who ill-treats his wife or her husband or cheats his wife or her husband of property commits an offence and shall be punished with a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding six months or with both such fine and imprisonment.
