Section 5. Appointments.
(1) His Highness the Sultan may appoint a Commissioner of the Department of Religious Affairs, a Secretary to the Department, a Mufti for the State, and such other officers and persons as may be necessary for the due administration of this Enactment and for such other matters as may be assigned to the Department.
