PART VII - MISCELLANEOUS

Section 26. Exemption from the provisions of this Enactment.

(1) This Enactment shall not apply to the schools maintained and administered by the Majlis as specified in the Third Schedule of the Administration Enactment.

(2) The Majlis may exempt pondok, kindergarten and any category or description of school from any of the provision of this Enactment or the Rules made thereunder, if it is satisfied that there are special circumstances to do so.
