PART IX – PAYMENT INTO COURT
Section 62. Payment out.
Subject to Part XIV and sections 66 and 67, where the payment in is of the amount claimed or the plaintiff elects to take it in satisfaction of the whole of his claim, the amount shall be paid out to him, and he may have judgment for all costs properly incurred prior to his receiving notice of the payment in, and costs of entering judgment for such costs, unless paid without order.If the payment is in respect of a part of his claim, the plaintiff may continue with his claim in respect of the other.
