An Enactment to control and restrict the propagation of non-Islamic religious doctrines and beliefs among persons professing the religion of Islam.

WHEREAS Article II (4) of the Federal Constitution provides that State law may control or restrict the propagation of any religious doctrine or belief among persons professing the religion of Islam:

ANDWHEREAS it is now desired to make a law to control and restrict the propagation of non-Islamic religious doctrines and beliefs among persons professing the religion of Islam:

Now, THEREFORE, pursuant to Article II (4) of the Federal Constitution IT IS HEREBY ENACTED by the Legislature of the State of Kelantan as follows:
