Section 160. Unlawful collections.
Whoever makes or takes part in any collection of monies or other contributions for any charitable purpose for the support or promotion of the Religion of Islam or for the benefit of Muslims in accordance with the Law of the Religion of Islam except in pursuance of a licence granted under section 105 of this Enactment or with the express authority of the Majlis, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term not exceeding one month or with fine not exceeding one hundred dollars.
