PART II - MAJLIS AGAMA ISLAM DAN ADAT MELAYU AND APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS

Section 25. Delegations of duties and powers of the Majlis.

(1) The Majlis may, by resolution, and subject to such conditions and restrictions as the Majlis thinks fit, delegate to the President or Secretary or to any committee of the Majlis the discharge of any of its duties or the exercise of any of its powers.

(2) The discharge of duties and exercise of powers in pursuance of a delegation under subsection (1) shall be subject to the control and direction of the Majlis.

(3) The President, Secretary, or committee to whom or to which a delegation is made under subsection (1) shall inform the Majlis of all acts and things done by him or it in pursuance of such delegation.
