Section 129. When witness required to take the oath.

If the situation demands or the process of conducting an examination on a witness cannot be carried and the defendant or an accused makes an application requesting the Judge to order a witness to take the oath as a witness of truth because of a need to strenghten his evidence, the Judge shall order that witness to take oath and the Judge shall remind such witness that if he does not take the oath his evidence is inadmissible.
