PART XX – RATEABLE DISTRIBUTION

Section 159. Property attached in execution of orders or judgments of several Courts.

Where the property not in the custody of any Court is under attachment in execution of orders or judgments of more than one Court, the Court which shall receive or realise the property and shall determine any calim thereto and any objection to the attachment thereof shall be -

(a) the Court of highest grade; or

(b) where there is no difference in grade between for Courts, the Court under whose order or judgment the property was first was attached.
