Section 10. Appeal.

The Management Committee or the Board, if dissatisfied, may appeal to the Malis against the decision of the Registrar made under subsection 6(3) or 9(1) within 14 days from the date on which the decision is communicated to it stating the grounds for the said appeal, and the decision of the Majlis is final.
