Section 70. Sanction for prosecution.

No prosecution for an offence under this Enactment shall be instituted except –

(a)

in the case of an offence under sections 59 to 66, with the sanction of the Chief Syariah Prosecutor, and

(b)

in any other case, with the sanction of the Secretary.
