Section 191. Costs of plaintiff.

Costs of proceedings brought by an executor or administrator which are dismissed or fail shall ordinarily be borne by him personally, but the Court may for sufficient reason order costs against the estate, either in the first place or if nor recoverable from the executor or administrator.
