PART VII – SERVICE OUT OF THE JURISDICTION
Section 47. When allowed.
(1) The Court may order service out of the jurisdiction of any process whenever -
(a) the whole subject matter of an action properly brought in the Court is immovable property situated within Sabah (with or without rents, profits or damages); or
(b) any relief is sought against any person domiciled or ordinarily residing or carrying on business within Sabah; or
(c) Any person out of Sabah is a necessary or proper party to an action properly brought in the Court against some other person duly served within Sabah; or
(d) the residence of one of the parties of the marriage at the time of making the application or calim is within sabah.
(2) Any order giving leave to effect such service shall direct in what mode service is to be effect and how such service may be proved.
