CHAPTER 8 - OF SENTENCE AND THE CARRYING OUT THEREOF
Section 131. Return of warrant.
When a sentence has been fully executed, the officer executing it shall return the warrant to the Court from which it was issued with an indorsement under his hand certifying the manner in which the sentence has been executed.
