Section 90. Types of examination.

Witnesses shall be examined openly in the Court or secretly through parties related to them.

ILLUSTRATIONS

(a) If the witness is a student, he shall be examined through the school teacher where he studies and through trusted parties at that place;

(b) If the witness is a member of the Armed forces he shall be examined through his division commanding officer;
