PART IV - BOARD
Section 14. Meeting of the Board.
(1) The Board shall meet at least 4 times a year and the decision of the Board shall be taken by a majority of those present and voting, and the Chairman shall have a casting vote in addition to his ordinary vote.
(2) The quorum of the Board shall be two-third of its members.
(3) The proceedings of the Board shall not be invalidated by reason of any vacancy in the number of its members or any defect in the appointment or qualification of any of its members.
