PART XII - COURT
Section 67. Special Syariah Court of Appeal.
(1) An appeals from the decision, sentence or any order made by the Special Syariah Trial Court shall be heard by a panel of five Judges of the Special Syariah Court of Appeal headed by the Chief Syarie Judge.
(2) The Chief Syarie Judge shall appoint the panel from among the Judges of Syariah Court of Appeal.
(3) The decision of the Special Syariah Court of Appeal may be by simple majority and shall be final unless on the contrary provided for under the Federal or State Constitution.
