PART VII - GENERAL MATTERS

Section 68. Repeal.

(1) With the coming into force of this Enactment, Part IX of the Administration of Muslim Law Enactment, 1965 shall be repealed and shall cease to apply in the State of Perak Darul Ridzuan.

(2) The repeal abovementioned shall not affect the operation of any proceedings or prosecution for offences committed before the coming into force of this Enactment and instituted under the repealed Part.

(3) The repeal abovementioned also shall not affect the operation of the repealed Enactment on anything duly done or suffered to be done thereunder or any right, privilege, obligation or liability acquired, accured or incurred thereunder.
