Section 104. Offence of giving false information.

Any person who, in an application for registration under section 100, or in responce to any request for information or evidence made by the Registrar under that section, wilfully furnishes to the Registrar any false or misleading information or evidence commits of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
