PART II - GENERAL

Section 7. Appointment of Registrar, and Assistant Registrar.

(1) His Highness the Sultan may, after considering the advice of the Majlis, appoint a fit and proper person to be a Registrar of the Court and other persons as Assistant Registrars of the Court.

(2) Such appointment shall be published in the Gazette.

(3) Save as otherwise provided, in any written law and as may be directed by the Kadi Besar, the Registrar shall have all the powers and duties necessary for the administration of the Court.
