PART IV - OFFENCES Of Offences Relating To Insulting Religion And Its Institution
Section 53. Teaching of Religion without Tauliah.
(1) Any person who teaches any matter relating to the Religion of Islam without a tauliah written permission from the Majlis under section 94 of the Administration of Islamic Law (Negeri Sembilan) Enactment 1991 [En. 1/1991], or otherwise exempted by the Majlis under section 91 of the same, except to members of the family at his place of residence only, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or imprisonment to a term not exceeding one year or to both.
(2) The tauliah withdrawn under subsection (3) of section 94 of the same shall be returned to the Majlis. Any person who fails to return the same shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit or imprisonment to a term not exceeding six months or to both.
