PART II - BAITULMAL CORPORATION
Section 7. Meeting of the corporation.
(1) In the absence of the Chairman in any of the meetings of the Corporation, the Deputy Chairman shall preside thereat and if the Deputy Chairman is not present one member elected by the members who are present shall preside thereat.
(2) All decisions, of the meeting shall be made by Syura.
(3) The First Schedule shall apply to the Corporation.
