ENACTMENT 11 CRIMINAL OFFENCES IN THE SYARAK (VALIDATION) ENACTMENT 2007
Section 2. Validation.
All acts or thing done or purported to be done by the Kadi, Courts, Majlis Agama Islam dan Adat Istiadat Melayu Perlis, Pegawai Masjid, Registrar of Islamic Schools and by any other person or body pursuant to or under the Criminal Offences in the Syarak Enactment [En. 4/1993] during the period from 18 February 1993 until 8 November 2006, being the date before the date appointed for the coming into operation of the Criminal Offences in the Syarak Enactment 1991 shall be deemed to have been validly and lawfully done.
