Section 3. Saving of prerogative rights.
Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Enactment, nothing contained herein shall derogate from or affect to prerogative rights and special powers of His Royal Highness the Sultan as the Head of the Religion of the State as declared and set forth in Article 24 of the First Part of the Laws of the Constitution of Pahang.
