PART IV - BOARD OF MANAGEMENT

Section 14. Duties of Board.

(1) The members of the Board shall be responsible severally and jointly for the management of the religious school.

(2) It shall be the duties of the Board-

(a) to always maintain in a proper manner the religious school under its control;

(b) to comply with the directions of the Registrar; and

(i) the teachers and staff of the religious school;

(ii) the names of the pupils, their ages and sex;

(iii) financial sources of the religious school;

(iv) the curriculum of the religious school; and

(v) such other information as may be required from time to time by the Registrar.

(3) The Board may appoint, on such terms and conditions as the Board deem fit, such number of teachers, officers and servants as may be necessary for the purposes of the religious school and the Board shall have the power to terminate and to revoke such appointments.
