Section 99. Transfer of cases.
In any trial before a Judge in which it appears at ant stage in the proceedings that from any cause the case is one which in the opinion of the Judge ought to be tried by some Court of higher jurisdiction than his own, or before or during such trial application is made by the Syarie Prosecutor, the Judge shall stay the proceedings and transfer the case to such higher Court and shall record such order.
