PART III - FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS
Section 28. Audit.
(1) The Said annual balance sheet, income and expenditure accounts and list of investments shall prior to the issue thereof be audited and certified by the Auditor-General, or by the State Financial Officer, or the State Treasurer. A copy of the auditor's certified shall be annexed to all copies of the report and accounts as issued.
(2) There shall be a Finance Committee of the Majlis consisting of the President who shall be the Chairman, Treasurer and three other members of the Majlis to be appointed by the Majlis.
