PART IX - OFFENCES
Section 186. Meaning of abetment to commit on offence.
Whoever a bets the commission of any offence under this Enactment shall be punished with the same punishment as provided for such offence as if he has committed that offence. A person who abets in the commission of an offence is a person who-
(a) Instigates any person to commit the offence even if the person instigated finally does not commit the offence; or
(b) Engages with one or more other person or persons in any conspiracy to commit the offence, whether the offence takes place or not because of the conspiracy; or
(c) Intentionally aids by doing an act in order to commit the offence.
