Section 95. When witnesses need not be examined.

A Kadi need not examine any witness who had clearly shown their "adil" in a previous proceeding before the same Kadi in the latter proceeding if the time period does not exceed six months. If the time period between the former and the latter exceeds six months the Kadi shall make another examination.
