PART V - DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
Section 54. Inspection of Register of Divorces and Annulments.
(1) Every Register of Divorces and Annulments kept by the Chief Registrar or Registrar under this Enactment shall be open to inspection by any person upon payment of the prescribed fee.
(2) The Chief Registrar or Registrar, as the case may be, shall, upon payment of the prescribed fee, furnish to any person requiring it a copy of the entry in the Register of Divorces and Annulments, certified under the hand and seal of office of the Chief Registrar or Registrar, as the case may be.
