Section 96. Appeal from the order or decree of Kathi.

(1) Any person dissatisfied with an order or decree made by a Kathi under sub-section (2) of section 91 may appeal to the Majlis.

(2) The MajIis shall, after making such enquiries as it considers necessary, confirm or over-rule such order or decree and the decision of the MajIis shall be final.
