Any person who breaches section 24 of the Administration of Islamic Law (Negeri Sembilan) Enactment 1991 [En. 1/1991] improperly discloses or divulges any matters, which it was his duty to keep secret, to any person not lawfully entitled to be informed thereof, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
