PART V - SARIQAH

Section 19. Sariqah.

Allah SWT said,

Means:
"As to the thief male or female, cut off his or her hands: a punishment by way of example from Allah for their crime and Allah is at exalted in powerful of wisdom."

(The Holy Quran, Surah Al-Maidah, 5:38)

Sariqah is of an act of taking or removing dishonestly any movable property from the custody or possession of the owner without his knowledge with the intention to deprive the property from the custody or possession of the owner.
