Section 55. Admission (iqrar) of writing, signature or seal.

(1) Admission (iqrar) of writing, signature or seal shall be considered admission (iqrar) of the writer or executant of the document.

(2) An admission (iqrar) made in document written or caused to be written by a person under his signature or seal and handed over to another person shall be treated as oral admission.
