PART III - REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGES

Section 32. Unlawful registers.

No person other than a Registrar appointed under this Enactment shall –

(a)

keep any book that is or purports to be a register kept in accordance with this Enactment; or

(b)

issue to any person any document that is or purports to be a copy of a certificate of a marriage or a certificate or marriage registered by the Registrar.
