Section 32. Public Authorities Protection Act 1948.

The Public Authorities Protection Act 1948 shall apply in any action, suit, prosecution or proceedings against the Corporation or against any member, servant, officer or agent of the Corporation or any subsidiary of the Corporation relating to any act, neglect or default done or committed by the Corporation, such member, officer, servant, agent or subsidiary of the Corporation.
