Section 73. Auditor.
The annual balance sheet, income and expenditure account and list of investments shall prior to the issue thereof be audited and certified as correct by the Auditor General or any auditor approved by the Majlis and a copy of the certificate of the auditor shall be annexed to all the copies of the report and statement of accounts as issued.
