PART VII - REPEAL AND TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS

Section 38. Transfer of powers, rights, liabilities and duties.

Subject to the provisions of this Enactment, any power, right, privilege, duty, liability or obligation in respect of baitulmal, wakaf and nazar which immediately before. or prior to the appointed date was the power, right, privilege, duty, liability or obligation of the Majlis shall, as from the appointed date, devolve upon the Corporation.
