Section 158. Breach of secrecy.
Whoever in breach of the provisions of section 32 improperly discloses or divulges any matter, which it was his duty to keep secret, to any person not lawfully entitled to be informed thereof, shall be guilty of an offence punishable with imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or with a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty dollars.
