PART VII- GUARDIANSHIP Guardianship of Person and Property
Section 94. Variation of power of guardian of property.
The Court may, in appointing a guardian of a minor’s property, by order define, restrict, or extend the power and authority of the guardian in relation thereto, to such extent as is necessary for the welfare of the minor.
