PART IV - BOARD OF MANAGEMENT
Section 15. Powers of Board.
(1) The Board shall be the trustee for the religious school and shall have the powers to do all matters which are expedient or reasonably necessary or incidental to the exercise of its powers and the performance of its functions and duties.
(2) Without prejudice to the generality of the powers given by subsection (1), the Board shall have the following powers:
(a) to acquire, purchase, take, hold and enjoy movable and immovable property of every description and may convey, assign, surrender, yield up, charge, mortgage, demise, reassign, transfer or otherwise dispose of or deal with or develop any movable or imovable property or any interest therein vested in the Board on such terms as it deems fit;
(b) to borrow from time to time; and Board.
(c) to make such arrangement with the State Government or Federal Government or such authority which may be of benefit to the functions or duties of the Board or any of these and to procure from the Government or any such authority any right, privileges and concession which the Board finds it of importance to be procured by it and to perform, carry out and comply with any such arrangement, right, privilege and concession.
(3) The Board shall obtain the prior written permission of the Majlis in exercising the powers referred to in subsection (2).
